Mr Saigon located in Broome, WA is looking to appoint an experienced Cook that can prepare, cook and serve a variety of dishes.
Job Type: Full time
Salary: $70,000-80,000 Per annum + bonuses
Qualifications & Experience: Qualification in Commercial Cookery preferred but not required.
Must have demonstrated experience in commercial food preparation and catering. Reliable, punctual, organised and trustworthy. Willingness to take initiative and make decisions. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively. Ability to work autonomously and achieve results in a timely manner. Strong attention to detail. Display a high level of personal hygiene. Tasks & Responsibilities: Prepare, cook and present catering. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, processing orders as required; including tracking orders and investigating problems. Unload and organise stock supplies. Maintain a clean work area, including kitchen and equipment. Adhere to all policies and organisational standards and demonstrate commitment to safety, ensuring all safety practices are adhered to at all times.
