About this role Only About Children: Cammeray OAC Cammeray is a beautiful campus located on the top 2 floors of Cammeray Square Shopping Mal, catering for up to 152 children per day.
Split onto 2 levels, we organise the meal prep with a kitchen on each floor to best meet the needs of the children and campus.
We are looking for a Cook to manage our second kitchen on level 2 on a Wednesday & Thursday.
Both kitchens are well equiped and have all the facilities to support your success in the role.
You will be responsible for Catering for 60 children each day and work in collaboration with our long standing Cook/ Chef whilst managing the preparation and service of meals autonomously from the L2 kitchen.
Part time Cook role - 2 days a week - 6 hours per day - cook for 60 children each day.
We have scrumptious and appealing menus designed by our own nutritionists which are prepared by our campus cooks each day; meaning you get to focus on doing what you love best; cooking!
Our nutrition program includes a 4 week rotating seasonal menu that meets children's needs, taking into account nutritional and energy requirements as well as cultural and health needs.
Work part time across 2 days - 12 hours per week.
