Key Responsibilities: Menu Development and Innovation: Create and regularly update menus that appeal to our customer base. Focus on incorporating a variety of cuisines and dietary options to cater to different tastes and dietary requirements. Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Regularly review and improve food preparation processes to maintain excellence. Operational Efficiency: Streamline kitchen operations to ensure timely delivery of services. Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising on food quality. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of kitchen supplies and food materials. Ensure efficient use of resources and reduce wastage. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef/Cook (2+ years preferable) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Creative and innovative in menu planning and food presentation. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Familiarity with industry's best practices.
