Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. Work collaboratively with the team to develop and introduce new menu items. Ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely delivery of meals. Qualifications: AQF Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (ANZSCO Skill Level 3). At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. Relevant on-the-job training or additional experience may be required.
