As a hands-on and well-rounded Chef, you'll have experience in volume catering with high standards of meal presentation. You'll support daily meal services across our integrated living community, providing nutritious meals to the residents.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensure quality meal services to residents and visitorsPrepare, cook, present and deliver meal services with high attention to detailMonitor food safety plans and ensure the kitchen adheres to all OH&S standardsManage stock, assist with ordering, stock rotation, stocktake etc.Manage the maintenance of kitchen equipmentWork with fellow Food & Beverage or Cook/Chef staff to ensure smooth operationsWhat you'll bring:
Experience in catering/kitchen/hospitality settingsCertificate III in Commercial Cookery (required)A friendly and warm persona with a passion for food and great teamworkCurrent Police check (required)Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)What we offer:
