Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation and stock control.
Uphold fantastic customer focus at all times.
Roster: Monday 11:30-7:30, Thursday 11:30-7:30, Sunday 11:30-7:30.
The Person 2+ years experience as a Cook in a high-volume environment.
Customer service skills.
Good knife skills.
Can-do attitude.
Sound understanding of Allergen Management, HACCP qualifications, and the ability to work within budgets.
Applicants must have the Working with Children's Check.
