Located near the airport and beaches, this care home provides an awesome tropical landscape. It consists of 123 beds, with a variety of care units. Duties Plan and prepare well-balanced and nutritious meals for our residentsLiaise with residents, families, and the care team to ensure residents' dietary, individual and cultural needs are metSupport the efficient functioning of kitchen and catering servicesComply with all infection control and food safety proceduresPerform administrative duties related to the kitchen operation such as stock taking and food quality assessmentSkills and Experience Previous experience in the preparation and delivery of meals within a similar environmentCertificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is preferred but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to solve problems independentlyCulture We all share the same purpose at Bupa Aged Care.
