We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Conservatory team in a Full Time Cook position.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests.
As well as: Assist the team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including prep work and service.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
Your ability to work within a dynamic team environment along with your strong planning and organisational skills.
About you You'll bring the following: Previous experience working within a fast paced, high-volume buffet or a la carte kitchen setting.
Previous Wok experience would be advantageous.
Willingness to work around a Full Time, 24/7 rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent required.
