Neerim South Hotel is a thriving country town pub, on the Baw Baw tourist drive. We are looking to grow and develop the menu to become a destination venue for both locals and tourists. We are a small family-run business that values respect and teamwork while delivering great quality food consistently.Qualifications & Experience:Experience in a high volume environment.Qualification in Commercial Cookery.Minimum 3 years' experience for Chef applications.Minimum 2 years' experience for Cook applications.Key Responsibilities:Be able to work well under pressure.Produce great food, consistently.Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times.Possess great communication skills.Have the ability to work flexible hours including nights & weekends, including Sundays.Benefits:You will join a great team, who are supportive and care for each other.
