As a Head Chef, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional meals for our busy 150-pax bistro, serving lunch and dinner to a growing and diverse clientele. You will help us maintain our reputation for fresh, delicious food and outstanding service Key Responsibilities Ensure product quality and consistency to the highest standards Maintain a systems-oriented, team-focused approach with a positive attitude Foster a collaborative and motivated environment among kitchen staff Promote teamwork and harmony with the front-of-house team Liaise effectively with the Club Manager and Government Food Safety Inspectors to ensure smooth communication and operational compliance The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a professional chef who thrives in a busy kitchen and can remain calm under pressure.
