Pounds + Ounces is a busy café located in K Block at Royal Hobart Hospital. We have a strong focus on specialty coffee that we roast ourselves, with a range of in-house made fresh and healthy food.We are currently looking for an experienced kitchen professional to help us prepare and serve quality, fresh food to our customers.Hours are morning until mid-afternoon, Monday - Friday. No evenings or weekends.We're fast without compromise and our food is delicious without scrimping on goodness. We make the majority of food from scratch ourselves and roast our own coffee, a combination of freshly made, quality produce that has been locally and ethically sourced where possible.Ideally, we would like the successful candidate to have experience working in fast-paced, large-scale kitchens.
