We are looking for an experienced Casual Cook with a real passion for food and hospitality to join the team at Glasshouse in Caulfield. What will my duties include? Prepare and cook menu as per cooking guidelines and set standards. Work in conjunction with the kitchen management team to develop and implement seasonal menus as required. What are we looking for? Experience in a large bistro kitchen environment or a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Food Handlers Certificate. Understanding of current Food safety legislation (HACCP).
