? ? Department ? The Cook/Catering Assistant position reports directly to the Executive Chef and forms part of the Kitchen Team.
? ? The successful candidate will be: ?? Prior experience and knowledge of A la Carte, Buffet and outdoor catering styles? Talented and creative? Possess excellent communication skills? Team Players? True desire to succeed in this profession? Previous 5 Star Experience in a larger kitchen brigade is highly regarded? The ability to work rotating shifts across 7 days?? Our Benefits ? ?
