The venues are centrally located in Dunsborough and offer their customers inviting and dynamic experiences with excellent service.DJHM Investments PTY LTD t/a The Pour House Bar & Kitchen is looking for experienced Cook and Bar Attendant Supervisor to join the business.Cook: Duties to be performed:Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standardsSupport the ordering of food and suppliesCare for food supplies and leftovers appropriatelyInfusing flavours by adding seasoningsMaintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and safe mannerPrepare meals for special events and additional functions, adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customersArtfully plating dishes with appropriate portions, accompanied by sauces, gravies, and garnishesDevelop menu suggestionsCheck on store food and supplies are deliveredControlling the temperature of ovens, grills, and various cooking equipmentBar Attendant Supervisor: Duties to be performed:Greeting guests, managing the bookings and reservationsWorking in collaboration with the other supervisors and Management teamResponding to customers requests and assisting them in a professional mannerCleaning glasses, tables, and bar areasOrganising and preparing orders and a mix of cocktails and/or sophisticated drinks, serving wines, and other drinks as requestedBeing responsible for all the bar areas and equipmentEnsuring to respect policies and procedures in place and practicing appropriate workplace health and safety procedures at all timesBeing responsible for the training and supervising of the food and beverage attendants of a lower gradeThe position requires at least 1 year of experience, attention to detail, strong work ethic, good attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.Position (Cook and Bar Attendant Supervisor): Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)Salary (Cook and Bar Attendant Supervisor): $65,000 – 90,000 per yearLocation: Dunsborough WA 6281Please send us your resume if you believe you have the right skills and experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
