The role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running Qld residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Your duties will include -

Dealing with the client, agent, broker and other SolicitorsContract perusal, on line searches,Following up on outstanding conditions,Settlement statement, PEXA settlementsand general file management duties.Your experience

You will have a minimum of 1 year Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience.

The Law Firm / Benefits / Salary

Well established law firm based at Bundall. 4 staff in total. Offer benefits such as birthday leave, fully stocked kitchen. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $95,000 + Super).
