Your duties will include:Dealing with the client, agent, broker, and other SolicitorsContract perusal and online searchesFollowing up on outstanding conditionsPreparing settlement statements and PEXA settlementsGeneral file management dutiesYour experienceYou will have a minimum of 1 year Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience.The Law Firm / Benefits / SalaryWell established law firm based at Bundall with 4 staff in total.
