Conveyancing Paralegal

Are you an experienced conveyancing paralegal seeking a role supporting a Principal at a boutique CBD law firm?

The Role As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
You will work on house and land, OTP Developer and Purchaser files, and Strata Title files.
Duties include:
Contract perusalPreparation of first and final lettersOnline searchesSettlement statementsPEXA SettlementsLodgementsDealing with clientsGeneral admin dutiesYou will be dealing with Chinese clients, so bilingual skills in Mandarin are ideal.
This position is either 4 or 5 days a week.

About the Law Firm | Salary Boutique law firm with a dedicated team of highly experienced and multilingual lawyers.
Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation).

About You The ideal candidate for this position will have 2 years of previous conveyancing paralegal experience.
In addition, you will have exceptional communication skills, strong time management and organisation skills, and the ability to manage a busy workload.
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) would also be preferred.
