Run residential conveyancing files from A to Z | Friendly team | Inner CBD location - drive to work! The role Our client is a boutique general practice law firm on the northside, 5 kms from Brisbane CBD.
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will run residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
Duties include:
Contract perusalDealing with clients and brokersBanks and agents communicationFollowing up on outstanding conditionsOnline searchesSettlement statementsPEXA settlementsOnline stamping and lodgementsGeneral file management dutiesYour experience You will have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing Paralegal experience.
The Law Firm / Salary Long established general practice law firm with a friendly and supportive staff culture.
Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.
1 to 2 days WFH after probation.
