Conveyancing Paralegal

Are you an experienced conveyancing paralegal seeking a role supporting a Principal at a boutique CBD law firm?

The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running residential conveyancing files from start to finish. You will work on house and land, OTP Developer and Purchaser files and Strata Title files. Duties include contract perusal, preparation of first and final letters, on line searches, settlement statements, PEXA Settlements, lodgements, dealing with clients and general admin duties. You will be dealing with Chinese clients so Bilingual skills in Mandarin is ideal. This position is either 4 or 5 days a week.

About the Law Firm | Salary

Boutique law firm with a dedicated team of highly experienced and multilingual lawyers. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation).

About You |

The ideal candidate for this position will have 2 year's previous conveyancing paralegal experience. In addition, you will have exceptional communication skills, strong time management and organisation skills and the ability to manage a busy workload. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) would also be preferred.
