We're currently looking for a graduate to join the team in our Darwin office.

You will receive training and/or experience in all of the following areas: Onboarding property clients (client and property due diligence enquiries)Drafting contracts and preparing vendor disclosuresReviewing contractsPost exchange (including land titles dealings, taxes, duties and concessions)Legal technology i.e. Rundl, PEXA, Sympli, DocuSign, VOI, electronic stamping platforms and electronic search platformsSettlements such as calculating settlement figures and adjustments for actual settlements, organising settlements and banking practiceTime management and professional skillsWe will monitor and assess your understanding of property and conveyancing practice to ensure tailored training and support enables you to cement your professional development.
