Job Description This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to join our team. This role is flexible to your situation, either at home, in the office, or a mixture of both.
You will be on your way to becoming a polished Property Lawyer in the conveyancing space. This role gives the opportunity to support the drafting, contract review, and settlement functions while supporting business strategy and preparation for the new Seller Disclosure regime.
You will be confident in all things QLD conveyancing with an interest in expanding your knowledge across Victoria and New South Wales. This is a hybrid role primarily focusing on contract review and drafting support while providing settlement support during high volume times. This includes maintaining and developing our best practices in residential conveyancing and managing clients through the residential conveyancing journey.

Your skills and experience
Have at least 18 months' experience in a high-volume conveyancing environment Are admitted to the Supreme Court and hold a valid Practising Certificate Looking to leverage your conveyancing skills into a hybrid role, including hands-on conveyancing work and completing projects to improve our processes Want to be heard. Take control of your role and dictate preferred processes to make things better. We back you in 100% Have provided support across the full residential conveyancing journey including for contract reviews, contract drafting, transfer matters, and off-the-plan reviews, negotiations with various stakeholders, liaising with authorities, and assisting to sign off on settlements Have experience in, or an interest in being trained to work across multiple jurisdictions Foster a high-performing culture of achievement in a growing business What's the offer?
