The role Propel your legal career by joining our top-tier Canberra Real Estate team as a Law Clerk on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in ACT's pre-eminent real estate practice with market leaders Alfonso del Rio and Adam Peppinck.
You will join a strong team of law clerks who are responsible for managing the high volume of conveyances and other transactions for an unrivalled portfolio of major commercial and government clients.

Key responsibilities This exciting law clerk role will see you:
Interacting with the clients and buyer's lawyers on a daily basis.Having full responsibility for the management of files.Preparing and negotiating sale contracts and related documents.Consulting with leading Real Estate lawyers on legal issues.Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Law Clerk or Paralegal in a legal or professional services environment (not necessarily in a Real Estate team).Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.Strong drafting skills and an eye for detail.A strong sense of purpose, ambition, and a proactive approach to your work.A desire to work within a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced team environment.How to Apply?
