Join a top tier Australia legal firm in a tier-one ranked Real Estate practice Collaborate and contribute to a successful and impactful team Opportunity to work for a variety of clients and foster great relationships The role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Clerk to join our Real Estate team located in our Brisbane office on a fulltime basis.
Working closely with Michael Richardson, Paula Noble and the team, you will trusted to look after many of the team's conveyancing, funding settlements and to generally assist with the team look after its registration of Titles Queensland documents.
You will be responsible for managing the settlement of transactions and we encourage you to foster great client relationships with our key clients.
The team is a trusted advisor to State and Local Government clients, coupled with an unrivalled portfolio of major commercial clients within the real estate industry.
Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a conveyancing professional Previous experience carrying out conveyancing - residential and commercial Ability to carry out conveyancing transactions in PEXA and on paper Excellent written and verbal communication skills both with clients, colleagues and your team The ability to grasp tasks quickly Strong attention to detail The ability to build strong relationships both with internal clients and external clients; and Flexibility to adapt to different activities Great time management skills We are looking for a team player, someone who has excellent communication skills and enjoys being part of a cohesive and energetic team.
In addition to this, we're looking for someone who is able to work autonomously (knowing that they have the team backing them up) and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients.
