Job Description Manage a high volume of residential conveyancing files from start to finish.Conduct thorough contract reviews.Coordinate settlements via PEXA and Duties Online.Communicate effectively with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders.Maintain accurate electronic files and databases.Perform other administrative tasks as required. The Successful Applicant Experience as working in Conveyancing or Real Estate.Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients, banks, agents and other stakeholders.Exceptional attention to detail.Proven experience using PEXA settlements and Duties Online.Commitment to delivering exceptional service. Highly organised with excellent time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word. Experience with Conveyancing Manager is preferable must not mandatory.
