Regional VIC Lifestyle Where Living is Easy & AffordableWork within a busy, dedicated and supportive team in this challenging roleFull Time opportunity with flexible working hoursWe have an immediate opportunity for a Conveyancing Clerk to assist in the Conveyancing Department, managing a high volume of property/conveyancing files from start to finish. Experience preferred but willing to train the right applicant.

Your main duties will include:
Manage your own residential files from initial instruction through to settlementDraft correspondence and prepare contractsLodge documents and coordinate settlementsLiaise with clients, banks, agents and other stakeholdersBilling and invoicingTo be considered you will:
Be experienced handling conveyancing files autonomously or willing to learn;Be reliable and looking for an ongoing, permanent role;Be competent in all types of residential conveyancing and off the plan transactions;Be confident using duties online;Proficiency with PEXA settlements;Be patient and friendly when dealing with clients;Ability to remain calm under pressureExcellent communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholdersHigh level of attention to detail;Ability to work autonomously.A competitive salary package is on offer commensurate with experience. We are willing to negotiate flexible hours for the ideal candidate.
