The Position: Join our dynamic conveyancing team, which includes administration staff and paralegals overseen by our Directors.
Full training will be provided, and your responsibilities will include: Receiving contracts for the sale and purchase of residential properties Opening client matters Assisting with reception and switchboard operation Banking and deliveries Supporting our conveyancing paralegals with various tasks In this role, you'll gain valuable experience as you begin to understand the world of conveyancing, including the sale and purchase of residential land, units, and houses.
This position is the initial step in our conveyancing paralegal training program.
The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our friendly team.
You should possess the following qualifications and skills: Above-average literacy and numeracy skills Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational skills The ability to think on your feet The ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines This role is suitable for individuals with prior work experience in retail, administration, and/or customer service.
