We are looking for a number of Amazon Connect specialists, however, the priority is a Conversational AI & Design Leader to act as a trusted adviser on designing and implementing an Enterprise-grade Amazon Connect Solution.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Conversational AI & Design Lead to drive the design of a brand new conversational solution, which is Amazon Connect focused using advanced natural language processing (NLP) technologies.
This role blends technical expertise, customer experience strategy, and leadership skills to design, deliver, and roll out chatbot and voice solutions tailored to the client's needs.
You will act as an Amazon Connect Subject Matter Expert, guiding the client through their integration of AI-driven automation and customer experience strategies.
About the role: Serve as a trusted advisor and SME on Amazon Connect, providing technical guidance and strategic insights to clients.
Oversee the implementation and integration of Amazon Connect solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practices.Lead the design and development of conversational solutions, including chatbots and voice interfaces, focused on enhancing customer experiences.Apply expertise in natural language processing (NLP) to create intuitive, efficient, and engaging conversational flows.Design and deliver client-facing workshops, translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.Contribute to thought leadership by developing frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for conversational AI solutions.About you: Proven expertise in Amazon Connect, including deployment, integration, and optimization.Significant experience in conversational design, particularly in chatbot and voice interface solutions.Strong foundation in natural language processing (NLP) and AI-driven automation technologies.Demonstrated ability to deliver customer-centric solutions that enhance user experiences.Exceptional client-facing skills with experience in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.Prior experience in consulting environments with a history of mentoring and leading high-performing teams.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams to achieve results.For more information, please click apply with your latest CV and we can organize a conversation around the specifics of the role and your background.
