Job DescriptionResponsible for the training of newly recruited congress and organisation sales representatives.Introduces the hotel to newly recruited congress and organisation sales representatives and gives information about our contacts.Responsible for the sale of requests that are 10 days away from realisation.Visits agencies in Izmir and companies with group organisation potential to promote the hotel and establish good relations.During the operation, fulfils the requests received by the customers.Promotes all special programmes and promotions of the hotel.Records all activities in Opera.Implements all policies and procedures of the hotel.Organises promotional tours to potential customers.Works to grow in new markets and proposes Sales & Marketing Plans.Reports weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Director and Sales & Marketing Director.Ensures that the number of groups per day is consistent depending on the season and that average group price targets are met.Implements all sales action plans. QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
Relevant sales experience is an asset.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Highly responsible & reliable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
