Controls Engineer - Top $

Job Description Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will produce efficient, economic, and sound LV control designs in accordance with specific requirements, relevant Electrical/Electro technology standards, and to existing design practices.
Skills/Experience Required: Education: Diploma/Para-Professional or Degree qualified in Electrical, Instrumentation, and/or Controls Engineering. Computer Proficiency: High proficiency in the use of computers with relevant E-CAD software (Zuken E3 or EPLAN highly regarded). Programming Knowledge: Knowledge of Visual Basic / Visual Basic for Applications. IED Configuration: Experience in programming and configuring intelligent electronic devices (IED). PLC Programming: Experience in programming and configuring programmable logic controllers (PLC). Schematic Design: Proficient at designing Electrical/Control schematics from specifications. Documentation Interpretation: Capable of reading, understanding, and interpreting Controls schematics and associated documents including bill of material and relevant drawings. Standards Knowledge: Sound knowledge of AS/NZS 3000:2007 standards.
