Control Systems Specialist

Karara Mining Limited (KML) is an Ansteel Group company formed as a joint venture with Gindalbie Metals Limited.
Ansteel is one of the largest iron ore producers and steel makers in China.
Located 200km south-east of Geraldton, Western Australia, Karara is the largest mining operation and the first major magnetite mine in the Mid-West.
It produces a premium, high-grade concentrate product for export to steelmakers.

The opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Control Systems Specialist to join our Port based team at the Karara Export Terminal located in Geraldton.

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of mining/port environment and associated equipment, with experience working across all areas of PLC and SCADA control systems, providing technical support to the maintenance and operations teams with a continuous improvement focus.

This role is residential and operates within the Port of Geraldton.
