Control Systems Engineer

Our client, a respected leader in the Mining sector, is seeking a skilled Control Systems Engineer for an initial 6-month contract with possibility of extensions.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems.
Your role will involve a wide range of tasks, from system design and software development to hardware integration and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop PLC software and provide technical support for control systems.
Conduct root cause analysis, process improvement, and post-incident investigations.
Evaluate system performance and implement enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering 5+ years' experience in control systems engineering Proficiency in PLC and SCADA HMI platforms Experience in PLC software development and mining or manufacturing environments Strong analytic skills and ability to create detailed reports Experience with automated mining systems in underground environments To be considered for the role, click the 'apply' button.
