Position Overview: We're looking for a passionate Control Systems Engineer with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join our team in Brisbane, with an immediate start. This role is ideal for someone ready to apply their technical skills and contribute to high-impact projects. Working closely with our team, you'll play a key role in developing solutions that drive efficiency and innovation for our clients.
Role and Responsibilities: Collaborating to design and implement automation solutions using PLC platforms, HMI, and SCADA systems. Supporting projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction. Preparing detailed technical documentation and reports to facilitate project management and handover. Working directly with our management, gaining insights from over 40 years of industry experience, to support your professional growth. Complying with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards. Qualifications and Skills: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience, with demonstrated technical and documentation skills. A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. A valid Driver's License. The following skills and experience are a plus:
Hands-on experience with Rockwell, Siemens, GE PLCs or the like. Familiarity with SCADA systems like PlantSCADA (CitectSCADA), FactoryTalk View Suite, Ignition or the like. Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, E-plan, etc. Background in industries such as Manufacturing, Mining, Water, or Food & Beverage would be desirable but not essential.
