About the Opportunity
Securecorp is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Control Room Operator Team Leader within Tullamarine.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further build your experience, whilst reporting to the Security Supervisor and providing essential support.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
Deliver Leadership support to the Security Supervisor and adhoc duties. Set an example and lead a team of Four/Five Control Room Operators. Monitor, operate and review CCTV system. Communicate and liaise with emergency services and associated internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining and writing accurate security incident reports, data logs, emergency response activities and visitor logs. Critically assess and respond to situations of risk adeptly and in line with standard operating procedures. Operate a two way radio communication network for security personnel and manage the deployment of security personnel. Access control to personnel, employees and visitors. Take part in ongoing training programs and exercises. Key Selection Criteria
We're looking for candidates who:
Have strong administrative skills, computer competency and excellent email etiquette. Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and experience with Fire-Panels – Desirable. Knowledge across any of the following or similar software: Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and Passagepoint - Highly regarded. Hold a current Security Licence with a Control Room endorsement. Current First Aid and CPR Certification. Valid Driver's licence with transport. Can work collaboratively in a team or independently. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.

0630-1830 and 1830-0630 averaging 84 hours per pay fortnight. Weeks 1&3 Wednesday/Thursday/Friday. Weeks 2&4 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday/Sunday.
