ABOUT THE ROLE: Full Time Opportunity available Monday to Friday shifts Wilson Security is expanding in Brisbane, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of state. This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
We are seeking experienced Control Room Manager who have experience in a control room environment and are motivated and professional to meet our client's requirements.
As a Manager you must have outstanding personal presentation and customer service skills. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing high quality frontline customer service support. Supervising/managing staff. Risk identification and issue resolution. General Security duties including administrative tasks. Working within a team environment. The ability and confidence to work on your own. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Hold current QLD Security Licence, First Aid Certificate. Previous Control Room/ Monitoring Centre Experience is essential Must have managed a team before 5 years experience in a Security Supervisor or Manager position. Confident Interpersonal and Communication skills (written and verbal) Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills Professional Personal Presentation Proven Experience in Conflict Resolution.
