As a Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader, you will manage customer engagements, including planning, designing, implementing, optimizing, and automating network services. You will lead technical discussions, identify customer challenges, and create cutting-edge solutions. Your role will involve translating customer business requirements into technical specifications and overseeing the creation, validation, deployment, and automation of technical designs. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Travel to customer sites is required.
Key Responsibilities Lead customer engagements, including planning, design, implementation, optimization, and automation services. Own the technical engagement with customers, identify problems, and develop top-tier solutions. Translate business requirements into technical requirements and oversee the design, validation, deployment, and automation processes. Build and sustain deep relationships with customers, partners, and Cisco delivery teams. Travel to customer sites as required to deliver on-site services and support. Required skills & knowledge
NV2 clearance is mandatory Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with 12+ years of experience in designing, deploying, operating, and leading scalable Campus and WAN networks. Extensive experience in the planning, designing, and implementing large-scale solutions, particularly in core Routing/Switch, SD-Access, and Catalyst Center; experience in Wireless, SD-WAN, and DC solutions is a plus. Strong background in leading and supporting large-scale Campus/WAN networking technologies. Desirable experience in cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google). Familiarity with DevNet and DevOps principles, Agile practices, software engineering, and an ability to understand code/APIs. Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments. CCIE R&S/Enterprise/DC certification is a plus. Desired Skills A passionate, persuasive, and charismatic leader who can quickly establish executive interest in Cisco services by articulating the value and business benefits of Cisco's network migration services. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, continually evolving to stay current with Cisco's solutions, technologies, and industry trends. Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of translating ideas into actionable solutions. Certifications in CCIE and Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google) are highly desirable.
