Ensure seamless tender submissions, manage contracts, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects that support both the organization's goals and the needs of its healthcare partners.Duties:Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of tender submissionsManage contracts, from initiation through to completionImplement negotiation strategies to optimize contract outcomesConduct pricing reviews and manage pricing data to meet business targetsEnsure compliance by monitoring and reporting on contract performanceBuild strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Government Health stakeholdersSkills and Experience:Experience in Contract & Tender ManagementMust have MedTech/Medical Devices industry experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectivelyCulture:The team values collaboration, excellence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
