The primary purpose of the Contracts Support Officer role is to provide comprehensive administrative and contract support to regional staff.
The role is responsible for ensuring efficient administrative services while maintaining a friendly and professional environment.As part of the Business and Planning Team, the role involves:
Undertaking contract administration activities to ensure value for money.
Managing contract and grant documentation, such as project milestones, variations, extensions, etc.
Providing advice and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
Monitoring contract and grant performance, including spending and deliverables.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Board process requirements.
Managing physical and electronic records.
Key Outcomes
Efficient administration and reconciliation of contracts and grants.
Accurate information entry and maintenance in the contracts and grants register.
Contributing to prudent contract management.
Assessment of completed contracts and grants for appropriate reporting.
Prompt, courteous, and helpful responses to staff enquiries.
Effective working relationships with regional teams.
Feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Support in managing official contractual records.

Other Requirements
Position located at Gawler office, with possible work from other centres.
Current class "C" driver's licence and ability to operate a 4WD.
