AGL's Power Development business unitis seeking a Contracts Support Coordinator to join their Land, Approvals and Environment team .
With the flexibility to be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane , you will be collaborating with key personnel to establish and maintain efficient project administration processes and procedures across Power Development projects, with a primary focus on Land, Approvals and Environment, as we strive for 5GW by 2030 and 12GW by 2035 of new and renewable capacity.
What you'll be doing: Managing processes and procedures for Power Development projects, with a key focus on Document Control and Contract Administration.
Administer the Property and Land Information System for projects to ensure all information with key milestone dates and actions captured.

Support project administration for Power Development projects, including managing purchase requisitions and ensuring contract obligations are documented, primarily for land agreements..
Undertaking land title and property information searches, Partnering with Project Managers to ensure project land contracts and other relevant project documents are recorded, and a document management system is established to ensure consistency and standardisation for managing documents across projects Prepare contracts for execution in accordance with AGL's policies and procedures and be responsible for the administration of the contracts.
What you'll bring: Experience in project, contracts or property administration Experience with Property or Mapping information applications & transactions/conveyancing (preferred) Proficiency in in a range of administration, document control, preparation of communications, development of reports and minute-taking.
Commercially proficient in purchasing systems for the engagement of suppliers and processing of payments.
CRM database administration, analysis and report generation.
Proficiency in SharePoint & Microsoft 365 suite.
