The companyConcentis are partnering with a world class, industry-owned company located at the port of Gladstone to source a Contracts Specialist to oversee their contract management and procurement activities across goods and services categories.
The role: Providing input to the development and execution of the commercial business planEstablish, execute, and maintain annual sourcing plan for goods and service contractsProvide guidance and assistance with the preparation of work scopes/specifications and tender packagesLead the analysis and evaluation of tenders and quotationsNegotiate contract terms and conditions and prepare supply contract recommendationsAdminister and award contracts and ensure effective onboarding of contracted service providersDevelop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and service providersProvide advice and support to the business in relation to legislative and commercial mattersAbout you Be degree qualified in business, procurement or similar disciplineMinimum of 5 years experience in procurement, contracts management or similarProficient in the use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly Oracle JDE.Advanced skills in MS Office SuiteStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsBenefits: Permanent position, full time positionOffering competitive remuneration, 5 weeks annual leave & access to wellbeing benefitsWork for an organisation whose values are the basis for the way they workIf this sounds like you, please apply with your CV today or call Lauren Kirk on for a confidential discussion.
