We are currently seeking a detail orientated and knowledgeable Contracts Specialist to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of contract creation, review and amendments.
You will be responsible for providing end-to-end support and advice in the form of drafting & negotiating, as well as administration duties in relation to all procurement contractual activities for Civeo, in a variety of categories.
Ideally you will have completed your legal degree and be ready undertake the next phase of your career in the commercial Contracts space.

Position overview: Review and draft procurement contracts based on both internal and supplier templates Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and partners Maintain and manage the contract data base, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible Provide guidance on contract related issues to internal stakeholders Monitor contract performance and compliance Collaborate with legal, procurement and finance teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in Civeo's contract management processes Assist in the development and implementation of contracts and procedures Provide mentoring, guidance and leadership to peers and/or other team members where needed Skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in business, law or commerce Minimum 2-3 years' experience working within the Contracts or legal industry is preferred Demonstrated ability to prepare contracts and drive contract management processes Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate into business outcomes.
