Contracts & Regulations Manager

We are exclusively partnering with a leading Australian property group to appoint a Contracts and Regulation Manager, reporting directly to the Head of.

Your Responsibilities: Regular delivery and accurate reporting of all Energy related procurement to ensure the business objectives are achieved in accordance with targets.Support the group to ensure compliance with energy and other relevant regulations.Prepare contract tender recommendations for approval.Review proposed regulation changes and prepare recommendations in conjunction with management on best commercial approach for submissions.Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business. Your Experience: Experience in large and complex organisations.3+ years experience in Contracts Administration on Energy or Facilities Maintenance contracts.Energy contract experience.Strong understanding of energy regulations.Legal qualifications preferred.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
