Job Title: Contracts & Procurement Specialist

Role Overview: Manage all aspects of project supplier requirements, including procurement, contract management and contract close-out and responsible for supplier sourcing and contract management from ideation to contract completion.
Key Responsibilities; Accountable for procuring project supplierProject lead supplierManagement of project supplyResponsible for management review of proposals, tenders and contracts and ensuring that all legal and contractual matters relating to tenders and proposals are addressed efficiently and promptly.Responsible for implementation of, and adherence to, business procurement and contract management policies and procedures.Maintains contract documentation and contract administration systems to ensure a full and complete record of all contract information is kept.Ensuring legal, regulatory and statutory compliance in the development of contracting strategies and contracts.
Essential to be successful in this role; 5-10 years' experience working in a similar capacity on high value infrastructure projects in Australia.5-10 years' experience developing and managing supply5-10 years' experience contract managing engineering, supply and construction contracts, I.e. EPC, ECI, EPCM, etc.Good written and oral communication skills and prior experience in preparation of tender responses.The ability to work both within a team and independently and collaborate with people from different organisations.A proven ability in coordinating complex contracts and providing advisoryA proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.Solid understanding of procurement for large scale projectSolid experience in claims management.Understanding of legal, financial and accountingSound knowledge of procurement and contract best practicesExtensive knowledge and understanding of contract development and documentation in several of the following areas:engineering, supply chain and constructioncontract risk, risk management and mitigation; andproject governance and How to apply: If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume.
