Contracts & Procurement Analyst

Mills Recruitment on behalf of our client, a top ASX-listed lithium company with the world's largest independent hard-rock lithium operation.
The Role:   We are seeking a dedicated Contracts & Procurement Analyst to join our client's team for a 6+ month contract.
This role is pivotal in managing vendor data and contracts to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
You will work closely with Contracts and Procurement teams, ensuring accuracy in vendor data, supporting contract administration, and promoting best practices in compliance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain vendor data in supplier systems (e.g., Felix) with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Oversee contract lifecycle activities, including documentation and processing of commercial documents.
Utilise Power BI to generate reports, analyse data, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and vendors to streamline onboarding and contract management.
Enhance and update vendor and contract management procedures for continuous improvement.
Identify and address risks related to vendor data and contracts.
Provide regular reporting on key metrics and trends in C&P data.
Requirements: Strong experience with vendor data and contract management (preferably with Felix or similar systems).
Knowledge of commercial and contract documentation processes.
Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office for reporting and analysis.
Experience with CMMS (preferably Felix).
Strong commitment to safety, the environment, and teamwork.
Foster a positive safety culture and encourage active participation in safety and risk reviews.
Ensure hazards and incidents are reported and investigated in line with company and statutory requirements.
Promote health and hygiene risk management, aligning with best practices.
Effective communication across diverse teams to build productive relationships and an inclusive team culture.
Motivate and engage team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
