Goldwind operates on 6 continents in 38 countries and has more than 10,000 employees.Location: Sydney or MelbourneThe reason for this role:The Contracts Manager is accountable for managing the contractual and commercial activities that support the delivery of renewable energy projects in Australia.What you will be doing?Contract administration and management.Manage the implementation of client and supply chain contracts during execution, including claims, variations, and contract deliverables.Establish or maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.Ensure contracts are executed strictly in accordance with company policies and procedures, standards, codes of conduct, and legislative requirements.Project reporting.What does your background look like?Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Engineering, Contract law, or related discipline.A background in the Wind, power, or construction industry is beneficial.Proven track record of executing a contract from kickoff to closeout.Excellent commercial acumen with managing and negotiating with different stakeholders throughout the project, including transport, logistics, WTG installation, equipment supply, client construction, and operation contracts.Strong relationship management experience with clients, contractors, service providers, and government agencies.A solid background as a contracts manager or Quantity Surveyor working on projects in a remote region is beneficial.Goldwind Australia offers excellent benefits, career development pathways, support, and ongoing training.
