Contracts Manager – $200M+ Data Centre Leading Tier 2 BuilderCirca $210 - 240K (DOE) + Super$200M+ Data Centre (Western Suburbs)Our client is a reputable Tier 2 builder, emerging as a key player within the Victorian Data Centre sector. The business is projecting huge growth over the coming 5 years and are keeping an eye for future leaders as they scale in size. The business has recently landed one of their largest projects to date and are now looking to secure a high calibre Contracts Manager to manage its successful delivery in a leadership role.
Whilst this opportunity is well suited to a proven Contracts Manager, our client is also keen to meet with established Senior Contract Administrators looking to make the next step in their career. Applicants will ideally have experience in large scale $100M+ projects within the Data Centre, Health, Pharma, or just complex project backgrounds.
The successful applicant will be joining the business at the cusp of a major expansion and will have the chance to forge a career within one of Australia's fastest growing sectors.
As Contracts Manager, you will be accountable for: Leading and supporting a team of Contracts Administrators through project delivery.Participating in managing the project procurement process including assessment and resolution of contractual qualifications.Undertaking contract formation and manage execution process.Overseeing sub-contractor payments within required timeframes.Preparation and issue of contractual correspondence including claim assessments, dispute resolution and risk mitigation including variation formation.Administering sub-contracts where required.Ensuring accurate and timely weekly and monthly reporting across various commercial matters.Assisting with Head Contract administration.Our minimum requirements for this role are: Tertiary qualifications in Commercial Law, Finance, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering.Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar, leadership commercial role on complex $100M+ projects.Sound understanding of various forms of contracts and supply agreements and experience working closely with stakeholders in the resolution of disputes.Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities supported by high level of verbal and written communication skills.For more information, you can get in touch with Liam Glynn on 0412 966 482 or ******.
