My client, a leading ASX listed organisation, is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their expanding Group Supply Chain / Procurement team.
This is a Full Time Permanent opportunity paying between $190,000 - 215,000 Package. With head offices in Sydney and Melbourne, either location is fine, as long as you are willing to go in at least 2-3 days a week, with the rest of the time working from home.
About the role:You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, drafting, negotiation and management of contracts and service level agreements with diverse suppliers.You will ensure compliance with contractual obligations and mitigate risks associated with contracts.You will possess well developed business acumen, negotiation skills, and have the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.About you:Degree qualified in Business, Law, Commercial or similar.Demonstrated experience in contract management or procurement within a complex environment, managing supplier contracts and compliance.Analytical with understanding of financial principles relating to contracts, enabling effective cost management and analysis.Exceptional relationship building and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to partner with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.Well-developed knowledge of regulations, policies and governing contracts and procurement activities.Proficient in resolving disputes or conflicts that arise during contract lifecycles.Exposure to change management and ability to align contract management strategies to organisation goals.Leadership experience, championing a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.This role is for a respected, stable ASX listed organisation, with the opportunity to make an impact, and considerable room for career progression and development.
