As such, they are currently seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator aiming to progress into a Contracts Manager role or an experienced Contracts Manager eager for a fresh challenge with a top-tier construction firm.
ABOUT THE POSITIONAs the Contracts Manager you will work alongside Senior Contract Administrators and Project Managers whilst reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. You will work collaboratively with the site, design, and project teams to deliver projects for high-profile companies, from design through to completion stages. You will be responsible for managing teams of Project Coordinators, Contracts Administrators, and Cadets to ensure the commercial project is delivered to the highest standards.
DUTIESLeadership - play an integral role in overseeing and managing the project teams as you work collaboratively. Support, mentor and guide the team from design through to delivery.Documentation - Take ownership of all financial and contractual requirements as part of the subcontractor tender process.Procurement - design and execute procurement strategies for commercial projects. Ensure all strategies are implemented to the highest standards, and meet requirements for increased efficiency of subcontractor packages, procurement, and all financial and administrative duties.Financial Management – continuously assess and review progress claims, variations, and account forecasting.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEMinimum 8 years' experience.Proven track record delivering commercial projects above $20M.Proven record as a Senior Contracts Administrator/Contracts Manager or similar.Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building-related discipline is preferable.Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers.Outstanding people and communication skills.CULTUREThis company celebrates a culture that promotes inclusion, fairness, recognition, and a supportive management style.
