Key Requirements and Proven ExperienceAppetite for managing and overseeing the entire contract life cycleRisk identification and mitigationYielding commercial growth through legally sound agreementsReporting to C-suite executivesTertiary qualification is essential and will be in either Law, Commerce or Business AdministrationExperience within a mining contractor or commercial construction environment will be highly regardedYour AccountabilitiesPrepare, evaluate and negotiate contracts with exceptional accuracyProactively analyse agreements to identify and minimise legal and commercial risksDeploy and oversee contract management systems and toolsEffectively manage a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate a high level of collaborationProfessionally and effectively resolve disputes and negotiate settlementsHandle multiple projects and priorities concurrently while meeting deadlinesStrive for continuous improvement through the evaluation of regulatory compliance, stakeholder needs, agreed deliverables and commercial outcomesWe can't wait to hear from you!
