Contracts ManagerPermanent / Full TimeBrisbane$180,000 - $200,000 Due to the growth of this industry leader, our client is looking to expand their Brisbane office. They require a contract specialist with management experience. About the Role of Contracts Manager

Duties will comprise but not be limited to:
Measuring and describing the work including the preparation of tender documentation and negotiation with contractors and clientsMust be able to design a full sub-contractors contractPreparing and using detailed budgets and cost plansManaging a team of Contracts AdministratorsPreparing and interpreting turnover/cash flow projections and profit/loss forecastsUndertaking the valuing of variations and potential variationsPreparing and presentation of financial controlManage a team of CA'sThe preparation and agreement of final accounts
As a Contracts Manager, you will have had at least 7 years experience in a similar role and have CA experience on projects over $30m in value.

Requirements: Candidates will ideally be tertiary qualified with the relevant qualifications. The successful applicant will be extremely motivated and have management experience. Good communication skills in English and eligibility to work in Australia are essential criteria.
