As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in Cowra, NSW.THE ROLEAs a Contracts Manager at RCC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects through effective contract & project management.
You will be responsible for overseeing all contract-related activities, from pre-construction through to project completion.
This includes drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, as well as ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Manage contract execution, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms and conditions.Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.Provide advice and support to project teams on contract-related matters.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract documentation.Resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle.Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth project delivery.ABOUT YOUBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Law, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in contract management within the construction industry.Demonstrated experience within the Government and/or Health sectors.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and industry standards.THE RCC DIFFERENCE"Birthday Leave" plus 2 x "U days" per yearEngaged workforce and award-winning culture.RCC Work Perks; family fitness passport, retail discounts, annual leave purchases and more!RCC is proudly a Work180 endorsed employer.Opportunity to work with a leading construction company on exciting and diverse projects.Award-winning, supportive and collaborative team environment.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Commitment to work-life balance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
